PROCESS

Estimated Time

  1. Commissions are expected to be delivered within minimum of 1-3 weeks and maximum of 1-3 months.

  2. Delays will be communicated. Refunds are possible if the commission has not been delivered within the maximum time without prior agreement.

Communication

  1. The artist will notify the client upon acceptance of the request and to coordinate the details of the commission.

  2. Communications will be done via Vgen, Email, Discord, and Instagram or any preferred platforms.

  3. Respond in a timely manner

  4. Do not hesitate to ask questions for clarifications to avoid any misunderstanding.

References

  1. Visual References are preferred more than written ones but a mix of both helps as well.

  2. References provided must be at least in high quality.

Revisions

  1. Changes during the sketch phase are generally free since it's considered as the planning stage of the commission. However, it is limited to 2 free revisions only.

  2. Once settled with the final sketch and progressed with the commission. Any revisions past that stage will have additional fees.

  3. Fees for revisions depending on if they're minor or major revisions. Per minor revisions costs $10 while major revisions costs $20.

  4. Minor Revisions consists of:

  1. changing of colors in a particular area

  2. addition of minor details

  3. facial and body fixes (misaligned eyes, nose is too big, etc.)

  1. Major Revisions consists of:

  1. pose and expression changes

  2. changing of the overall colors

  3. removal of character/s

  1. Technical errors by the Artist does not cost any fees.

PRODUCT

Delivery

  1. By default, commissions are sent as PNG files.

  2. PSD files will be given out, upon request, for personal uses only. However, additional fees may apply.

  3. Complete commission files will be sent mainly via Vgen and Google Drive.

Intellectual Property Rights

  1. Commissions are for Personal Use only. Any alterations (resize, crop, minor filters, post) are fine. Though, make sure to credit properly.

  2. The following actions are considered as PROHIBITED:

  1. Unauthorized commercial redistribution / unauthorized profiting from artwork.

  2. Removal of signature

  3. Usage of any form of NFTs, Image Generative AIs

  1. Breaking these terms will result to immediate blacklisting.

  2. The Artist has the rights to share the commissioned artworks for portfolios/promotional use.
